Our stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was amazing - we upgraded to a double deluxe with two balconies, one of which was like a little deck right outside our bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance to the cable car. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options, especially for vegetarians.

The hotel was located adjacent to the center of the town as well as the whole Czech Republic. The location was favourable in the Giant mountains. Found Skiresort Cerna Hora, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. The room was spotlessly clean and there were facilities, including an excellent WiFi and a whirlpool. I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff was excellent and amicable, just as I expected.

I always choose this place for my stay. The friendly staff helped me with printing on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/ lounge area, restaurant, fitness centre, laundry. Coming back for business trip.

A well-designed and truly exceptional hotel, my first choice in Pec pod Snezkou. Reasonably spacious venue with new-fashioned rooms and most importantly, very very helpful staff. Favourable and absolutely perfect location in Pec pod Snezkou short walk to highest mountain in the Czech Republic. Also, directly in the city center of Pec pod Sněžkou village.

Cozy rooms with beautiful design and large windows overlooking a nice environment. The beds are big and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers indoor parking and a wellness center for an additional fee.

L'apprezzabile tranquillità del posto e la presenza di un personale disponibile e professionale sono sicuramente dei punti a favore. La piscina esterna è molto carina e offre un'alternativa piacevole al mare.

The hotel had a very beautiful design and atmosphere, with a nice and cozy room with large windows and a big, comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very good and included two complementary facts that were greatly appreciated. The hotel had a key location in the surrounding area, making it easy to access nearby attractions and activities. the spa and its services were great and well worth the cost.

While the hotel was pleasant, there were a few aspects that could be improved. One of the main drawbacks was the need to pay for various services such as parking and the wellness center.

We had a great stay here! The hotel facilities were excellent, including underground parking and lockers for ski equipment. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was a top-notch experience, with a good selection of food and drink options. The staff was friendly and provided us with everything we needed during our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was stunning, with a modern and stylish design, and the view was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we could easily hike to Sněžka directly from here. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a glass of prosecco as a welcome drink while we waited for check-in. The wellness facilities, although smaller in size, were absolutely worth it. The saunas, hot tub, and Kneipp walking area created a great atmosphere for relaxation.

This hotel is recommended to everyone.

The clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast and dinner options in the hotel's restaurant make for a relaxing stay. Guests can also take advantage of free access to the spa and wellness center for up to 60 minutes before 5 p.m. A perfect choice for a tranquil and enjoyable vacation.
